Access

SSH, RDP, and tickets follow payment.

Once the machine can be reached, the console shows the host, port, username, and password.

    Open the order after sign-in

    The console has four sections: Machines, Tickets, Invoices, and Password. Open the order under Machines. Until the status is reachable, the host and password stay hidden.

    Linux uses SSH

    The command is ssh -p port user@host. Port and username follow the row in the console.

  3. 03

    Windows uses RDP

    Remote Desktop takes the host and port as host:port. Username and password are the pair shown in the console.

    Tickets are opened in the console

    Tickets take a category, subject, and message, and can be answered or closed. Status is in progress, waiting, or closed. Mail goes to support@xfpcloud.com.

With Windows selected, the second row becomes RDP, in the form host:port. Each row can be copied.

The site password and the machine password stay apart

Machine
SSH or RDP uses the password shown under Machines.
Account
The password for this site is changed under Password. That change does not alter the machine login.
Invoices
Invoices lists paid records and can return to the matching machine.

When can the machine be reached after payment?

The console shows the host, port, username, and password once the order status is reachable.

Is the site password the same as the machine password?

The site password is changed under Password. SSH and RDP use the password shown under Machines.

Where is a ticket opened?

After sign-in, open Tickets in the console. Enter a category, subject, and message. Replies and closing are available. Status is in progress, waiting, or closed.
